Chia Seed with Citrus Chilli and Garlic Blend

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 lime, zested
- 2 tsp Schwartz Mild Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
- 1/2 tsp Schwartz Paprika 5

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together until blended.

Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator.

Hint:

Chia seeds come from a flowering plant in the mint family that is native to Mexico and Guatemala. The seeds are rich in vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, and are commonly added to smoothies, breakfast cereals, yogurt, energy bars and baked goods.
